How do I connect to a Java server from this list?
To join a server from our list, click the Copy IP button on any server that interests you (all of these servers support Java). Then open Minecraft go to Multiplayer, click Add Server and paste the IP address in, save it and join. Most of the Minecraft Java servers on our list run on the latest version, so check the listing’s recommended version first and make sure you are playing on a PC with that version selected.
What is a Java minecraft server?
A Minecraft Java server is a multiplayer server that runs the Java Edition of the game and is meant to be played on computer. These servers usually host popular gamemodes like SMP, Skyblock and Prison, and often add features that are not part of the normal game, such as custom plugins, extra ranks or cosmetics. Some of these servers also support crossplay through a separate Bedrock IP or port, but Java Edition is always the main way to join and play.
